1 What is LED neon?

Led neon is a design light element, curved in a unique shape.

They are durable, light and easy to assemble, an ideal alternative to the well-known glass-gas neon. The lifespan is much longer (50,000 light hours). The LED technology is an environmentally friendly solution that costs little to consume.

 

2 What is LED neon made of?

The neon is made of a durable LED neon strip mounted on a transparent acrylic plate that is cut to size. A 5m transparent cable hangs from the neon and a power supply is fitted as well as a dimmer.

 

3 How many years of warranty do you have on your neon?

You have a 1 year warranty on all neons

 

4 What delivery time is used?

From the order / payment, we will get to work and you will receive your neon a maximum of 14 days later

 

5 How many transport costs are charged?

No transport costs are charged

 

6 What is included in the price of a neon?

The price always includes: neon, transparent cable, dimmer, hanging system and a power bank

 

7 Can the neon be exchanged after purchase?

We cannot take back the neon as it does not concern stock items.

each neon is handmade at the request of the customer.

 

8 What colors are available?

we can work with 5 standard colors: white, ice blue, magenta, red and yellow.

in addition, we can offer in 18 colors upon request.

9 Which fonts or shapes are possible?

With us you can choose between 36 fonts to create your word or phrase.

In addition, you can also send your favorite image or logo and we will make a design of it.
